Terms of Service

These Terms govern your purchase, license, and use of NezAI software provided by Gmarket.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using NezAI ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Software.

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal guardian consent to use the Software.

2. License Grant

Upon full payment, Gmarket grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use one instance of NezAI for personal use only on the devices and for the duration specified in your purchase.

The Software is licensed — not sold. All rights, title, and interest remain with Gmarket.

3. Payment & No Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable.

  • Due to the digital nature of the Software (instant license key / slot delivery), no refunds are provided once access is granted.
  • All sales are final — no exceptions, even for dissatisfaction, detection, or ban in games.
  • Prices are in EUR and may change without notice.

You acknowledge that using the Software carries inherent risks (e.g., account bans) and accept full responsibility.

4. Prohibited Use & Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works of NezAI.
  • Distribute, share, rent, lease, sell, or sublicense the license key / Software.
  • Use NezAI in violation of any game’s terms of service or applicable laws.
  • Attempt to circumvent anti-cheat systems in ways not intended by the Software’s design.
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.

Any violation results in immediate license revocation without refund and possible legal action.

5. AI & Detection Disclaimer

NezAI uses external AI object detection and does not read or modify game memory/files. However:

  • We do NOT guarantee 100% undetectability forever — anti-cheats evolve.
  • Use is at your own risk. Gmarket is not liable for bans, account loss, or any consequences.
  • The Software may produce inaccurate detections or false positives — verify outputs yourself.

6. Support, Updates & Termination

Updates and support are provided on a best-effort basis via Discord.

We may terminate your license at any time for breach of these Terms — no refund will be issued.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gmarket shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of NezAI — even if advised of such possibility.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license.
